Hi Mr. Ramos,

I felt the need to take this opportunity to send you a quick email to express my thoughts about the recent work (granite and pavers) that I had done through RMG. I was referred to RMG by my loan officer of 5 years (John Pettit) with Chase Manhattan. I must tell you that I am quite picky with companies I would consider doing business with and find myself rarely happy with most companies when it comes to good professional customer service these days.

You should be quite proud of the employees (specifically Jeff, Karen, Michelle and the installers) at RMG because they are at the top of my list for providing top quality customer service from start to finish on my project that I hired them to handle.
