1. ESTIMATE

Measure the width, length and depth of countertops and email or fax your measurements to us. With a simple drawing and measurements including your sink, cooking surface, and backsplash, Ramos can provide you with the most accurate written estimate possible. We recommend  you set up an appointment with our team to visit our showroom so you can select the variety of options, colors and inspirations we offer. Click here to get started designing your own project.

NOTE: We offer the removal and disposal of your existing countertops at a reasonable cost.

2. TEMPLATE

Once you have a proposal from us and have made your final decisions on the details and provided us with the deposit, we will schedule a template date. A template is an exact pattern-insuring a precise fit for your countertops. Ramos team member will come to your home to create the template.

NOTE: All your base cabinets needs to be fully installed. All appliances that will be placed in the countertop (sink, faucet, cooktop, and accessories) MUST be on site at the time of template and easily accessible. Dishwashers and refrigerators too.

3. FABRICATION

A few days after we measure, we can begin the fabrication process. Our process takes from 3-5 business days, from the time that we template and your slab lay-out.

NOTE:  We take an extra time to do a slab lay-out so you know what to expect at the time of install and visualize the parts of the surfaces of your project.

4. INSTALLATION

You will receive a 3 hour window of when our Installation team will arrive with your countertops. Being prepared for us the day of the installation will help us accomplish our mutual goal of having a complete and quality job.

NOTE: Keep in mind, this is a construction or renovation project it usually involves moving large and heavy materials within your home. Some projects also require cutting or grinding on site. Occasionally minor dust may occur however our team are trained to make sure the site is clean. Ramos team does not perform work such as but not limited to, cabinet repair, plumbing, electrical, gas wallpaper, painting, and carpentry.Â
